Chapter 632: Primordia Originat (2)
"You bastard..." she muttered, her tone carrying both relief and irritation. "Do you have any idea how long you neglected me? Cycles, Ash. Cycles! I was starting to think you forgot I even existed."
Despite her words, she didn’t let go. If anything, her grip tightened.
Nia raised an eyebrow at the scene, while Elysia simply smiled in amusement.
Ash chuckled softly, the sound low and genuine as he wrapped his arms around Primordia and gently stroked her long red-and-lavender hair.
He held her close, letting her press against him without resistance.
"I know," he said quietly, his voice carrying a rare trace of sincerity. "I apologize. You know how I get... I tend to get sidetracked with everything going on. It wasn’t intentional."
Primordia didn’t respond with words at first.
She simply tightened her grip around him, her face buried against his chest as if she was making up for all the years she had spent sealed away.
Nia opened her mouth, clearly about to say something, but Elysia let out a soft chuckle and gently placed a hand on her arm.
"Let her have her moment," Elysia said with a small smile. "Primordia has been around just as long as the rest of us. She’s his first creation, after all. Well... his first personal one."
Nia closed her mouth and rolled her eyes, though she didn’t argue. She simply crossed her arms and watched with a faintly possessive look in her black eyes.
After a while, Primordia finally pulled back.
She looked up at Ash, her expression a mixture of lingering frustration and something more heated. Her gaze slowly drifted downward for a brief moment before returning to his face.
"You owe me," she said plainly, her voice carrying a clear, suggestive undertone.
Ash let out a short laugh, already understanding exactly what she meant.
"Catch me in a few millennia," he replied with a smirk.
Primordia stared at him for a second, then let out a small huff and nodded.
"...It’s a deal."
She turned away from Ash and walked over to where Nia and Elysia were standing. Without hesitation, she pulled both of them into a tight hug, her arms wrapping around their waists.
"Nice to officially meet you, sisters," she said warmly, her voice now softer.
"Even though I was stuck as a weapon all this time, I had nothing but time to watch all of you to ease my boredom."
Elysia smiled and hugged Primordia without hesitation, gently patting her back.
"Welcome, Primordia," she said. "It’s so good to finally have you with us like this."
Nia was quiet for a moment, her yandere instincts clearly flaring at the sudden closeness.
However, after a brief pause, she let out a small sigh and wrapped an arm around Primordia as well, though her grip was a little tighter than necessary.
"...Don’t get too comfortable," Nia muttered, though there was no real hostility in her tone. "But... it’s fine. You’ve been with him longer than most of the other whores... So, you’re one of us."
Primordia smiled against them, clearly pleased by the acceptance.
Ash watched the three of them with a faint smile, his hands resting in the pockets of his baggy attire as he stood in the void.
He was finally done with everything he had planned.
For him, an entire cycle had passed within Pantheos, though only a single year had passed outside.
One trillion years might seem like an eternity, but with all he had achieved, it was worth it.
His eyes, the Oculus Unus, had reached a level that let him tap into the Unseen—a path he intended to explore further, knowing it might be his only key to understanding the Unknown.
He then surpassed Perfection itself, reaching the State of Divine Absolute Imperfection.
All of this served one purpose: setting his sights on the Sixth Wall.
Despite all his efforts, his rank and progress on the Meta Road stayed the same, even though he had already traveled its entire length.
Yet, after witnessing the Author’s projection, he now understood the steps to reach the Sixth Wall—steps hidden within the First Absence.
’But... I can’t let those fools who thought they could use me as a pawn escape unscathed,’ he mused with a smile.
As he had said long ago, Pantheos would be the final true cosmology.
Ash slowly began walking toward Nia, Elysia, and Primordia. His footsteps made no sound against the void as he approached them with his usual relaxed gait.
"It’s time we stepped outside," he said, his voice calm but carrying a clear sense of intent. "Let’s see what kind of fun we can get into."
Nia’s dark eyes sparkled at his words, and she instantly straightened, looping her arm through his as she gazed up at him with unrestrained excitement.
"What’s first on the list?" she asked, tilting her head curiously.
Ash looked down at her, a faint smile tugging at his lips.
"I want to check in on some of the kids first," he said casually.
"While we are doing that, I’ll take care of setting up a few things. After that... we can move on to the fun stuff."
Snap!
Before anyone had the chance to reply, Ash casually lifted his hand and snapped his fingers.
A subtle ripple rolled outward, distorting the emptiness around them.
In the blink of an eye, a figure took shape in the void, solidifying into a presence that seemed both ancient and inevitable.
Ouroborus.
She appeared in her humanoid form — tall, with long crimson and black hair that flowed like living flames, and sharp, predatory features.
Her bronze skin carried faint, iridescent scales that caught the light, and her eyes glowed with the same primal hunger they always had, now tempered by clear intelligence.
She wore a sleek, dark outfit that hugged her slender frame, and the moment she fully appeared, her gaze immediately locked onto Ash.
A slow, dangerous smile spread across her lips.
"Oh, finally time for me? " she joked, her voice smooth and carrying a hint of long-awaited satisfaction.
"You’re just the person I’ve been waiting to see."
