A moment later, Li Wei discovered that the Angel’s Heart completely suppressed the Poison Dragon Saliva’s toxicity, preventing it from spreading.

Li Wei picked up Savinia’s head and sped away.
Savinia asked fearfully, "He’s not following us, is he?"
"I’ve already dealt with it," Li Wei said.
Savinia was utterly shocked. "You’re that powerful?"
It suddenly dawned on her. She pressed, "Wait a minute, that massive commotion from the fight earlier... that was you two?"
"Yes."
"AHHH... You... you..."
Savinia was so shocked she couldn’t form a complete sentence.
A battle on that scale... every time a wave of power from the fight washed over her, she felt like she was done for.
She had been terrified she’d be caught in the crossfire.
A single aftershock could have severely wounded her.
A direct hit would have either severely wounded her or killed her outright.
"Enough with the ’you... you...’. Figure out a way for us to escape. Can you even move? My power is almost gone."
Li Wei said, his voice weak.
His Spiritual Power had been severely drained while killing the Four-winged Angel.
His Mana was also long gone.
He was only holding on thanks to the trickle of Mana supplied by his Fire Spirit Pearl Necklace.
But that wouldn’t last much longer.
If his Spiritual Power ran out, he wouldn’t be able to maintain his Magic.
Hearing this, Savinia finally realized the gravity of the situation.
She said quickly, "Don’t you have the Golden Bone Ring? Hurry and summon Mephit!"
Li Wei was confused. "How do I do that?"
Savinia seemed surprised. "You don’t know how?"
Li Wei just stared at her for a moment, and from his expression, Savinia confirmed that he truly didn’t know how to use the Golden Bone Ring’s real power.
She quickly explained to Li Wei how to use the Golden Bone Ring’s true power.
"Channel your soul into the Golden Bone Ring. You’ll be able to see the Soul Marks we Twelve Deadpool left inside. You can use a Soul Mark to summon any one of us."
Hearing this, Li Wei tried to channel his soul into the Golden Bone Ring.
He didn’t know how to wield his soul.
But he figured his Spiritual Power must be a manifestation of his Soul Power.
He channeled all his remaining Spiritual Power into the Golden Bone Ring.
His Flying speed dropped sharply, and he began to fall toward the ground.
As all his Spiritual Power flowed into the Golden Bone Ring, Li Wei vaguely sensed a faint connection form between the ring and himself.
His vision went black, and his surroundings plunged into darkness.
PHOOM! PHOOM! PHOOM!
Twelve blue Soul Flame marks appeared in the Dark World.
Seeing this, Li Wei understood that these were the Soul Marks of the Deadpool within the Golden Bone Ring.
He sensed one mark pulsing with a stronger energy than the others.
With a flash of understanding, he realized it was Savinia’s Soul Mark.
Following Savinia’s instructions, Li Wei quickly searched for Mephit’s Soul Mark.
From one of the Soul Marks, he felt an aura as vast and steady as the earth itself.
He knew this had to be Mephit’s.
’Summon Mephit!’
No longer supported by Mana, Li Wei’s body plummeted toward the ground.
Like a meteor falling to earth.
Savinia shrieked.
"AHHH! We’re going to be splattered!"
WHUMP!
Li Wei slammed into the ground, but it gave way beneath him, soft as cotton.
Then, the surrounding ground began to heave upward.
A colossal beast emerged from beneath the earth.
Sensing a familiar presence, Savinia cried out in delight, "Mephit!"
At the last second, Li Wei had managed to summon Mephit.
Mephit seemed bewildered, unsure of what was happening.
All it knew was that it had sensed a summoning power, and then it had appeared here.
Sensing something very important falling from the sky, it had subconsciously cushioned the fall.
Having exhausted all his power, Li Wei lay on Mephit’s back and fell unconscious.
Seeing this, Savinia quickly took command of Mephit.
"Mephit, go! Quickly! Someone will be coming to hunt us down!"
At her words, Mephit immediately changed its form, enveloping Li Wei and Savinia’s head as it burrowed into the earth.
It traveled rapidly through the earth.
"Huh? Where is this?"
Half an hour had passed by the time Li Wei woke up.
His head was splitting from the excessive drain on his Spiritual Power.
Clutching his head, Li Wei looked around.
The surrounding scenery was rushing past. He looked down and saw that the ground beneath his feet was moving.
Savinia approached him. "You’re awake. We’ve already left Storm City’s territory."
Li Wei turned his head and saw that Savinia had acquired a new, smaller skeleton body.
It appeared to be a female skeleton.
Seeing Savinia, his memories gradually returned, and Li Wei recalled what had happened.
He looked down. If he wasn’t mistaken, the moving "ground" beneath him had to be Mephit.
Mephit didn’t "run" to move; it propelled itself forward through direct contact with the earth.
Like a wave rolling through the ocean.
This created the illusion for Li Wei that the ground itself was moving.
Li Wei glanced behind him. There was no longer any sign of Storm City.
He looked forward and asked, "Where are we going?"
"To somewhere safe," Savinia said.
Hearing this, Li Wei didn’t press the matter.
He sat down cross-legged and silently began to absorb the Magic Energy from his Fire Spirit Pearl Necklace to restore his Mana.
Li Wei felt his depleted Spiritual Power.
’If only I had some Energy Secret Medicine. Unfortunately, I used the last of it during my previous Cultivation session.’
Li Wei realized how important the Energy Secret Medicine was. He decided he would concoct some more to carry with him for emergencies as soon as he could.
Besides, after resurrecting the Little Bone Dragon, he wouldn’t have to worry about finding Dragon Blood Plants anymore.
